OBJECT

  • Providing technical review and industrial safety examination of buildings and structures operational at hazardous production facilities of Transneft-Baltic, LLC;
  • Preparing a report on extending service life of buildings, structures and constructions at the hazardous production facilities;
  • Preparing design plan on restoring, enhancing and repairing buildings, structures and constructions.
TRAINING AND COACHING
Stage 1

During preparation stage, we trained personnel, approved their schedule and carried out inspection of vehicles, equipment and instruments

 

The personnel as instructed by the client were certified, passed medical examination and received necessary work permits.

FIELD WORK
Stage 2

The required survey was conducted directly on site with use of measuring instruments and techniques of visual control and monitoring. Digging pits, opening for foundations and other necessary operations were carried out for more thorough examination.

During field work we involved specialised companies and laboratories for analysing samples of soil and cement. Our experts made accurate calculations of load-bearing structures.

CERTIFICATION AND EXPERT REPORT
Stage 3

After detailed inspections, we provided the customer with an expert report on each of inspected facilities and registered those reports at Rostekhnadzor.

CLIENT

Transneft-Baltic, LLC

RESULTS

All Contracts have been completed successfully. For each of a production facility we prepared a detailed report on technical examination and a statement of defects. As a result the industrial safety examination report had been successfully registered at Rostekhnadzor.

PLANS

We continue participating in tenders for maintenance of the Baltic Pipeline System. We’re prepared for new and even more ambitious projects.

2013: Engineering examination of building structures and foundations for main pumps. Technical inspection and industrial safety examination of buildings and structures.
