ООО «Промпроект» в 2015 году провела экспертизы промышленной безопасности проектной (рабочей) документации на техническое перевооружение и реконструкцию установок защиты от электрохимической коррозии газопроводов в 2015 год с регистрацией экспертиз в Ростехнадзоре (по 68 адресов).
Работы выполнены качественно и в срок, в соответствии с требованиями промышленной безопасности, предъявляемыми органами Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору (Ростехнадзор РФ).
Заключения экспертиз промышленной безопасности внесены в реестр заключений экспертизы промышленной безопасности в Северо-Западном Управлении Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору в установленном порядке и сроке.
In 2015, Promproekt, LLC performed the following work:
— An industrial safety expert examination of the project (operational) documents on “Re-equipment of gas-pressure regulatory stations with the installation of the automated dispatch control system” in accordance with the “Targeted programme of capital investments of the PeterburgGaz gas distributing organisation for 2015 (73 buildings)”;
— An industrial safety expert examination of design and estimate documentation for reconstruction of gas-pressure regulatory stations No. 614 at: St. Petersburg, Nevsky district, Sedova st., 11, bldg. 4, lit. А. Code: 05-10-092/12;
— Works on the technical inspection of 4 vessels for the storage of liquefied petroleum gas:
1. LPG storage vessel, factory No. 00940;
2. LPG storage vessel, factory No. 00941;
3. LPG storage vessel, factory No. 00942;
4. LPG storage vessel, factory No. 00943;
The works were carried out at high quality standards, on time, and in accordance with the requirements of industrial safety requirements of the Federal Environmental, Engineering & Nuclear Supervision Agency (Rostekhnadzor of RF).
The industrial safety expert examination was included in the industrial safety expert conclusion registry in the Northwest Office of the Federal Environmental, Technological & Nuclear Supervision Agency according to the established procedure and term.
In 2015, the specialists of Promproekt, LLC carried out the following works:
- Provision of services for the technical inspection of automatic gas filling compressor station AGFCS-1 in the city of Tomsk under the Contract dated 2/2/2015 number GMT-1309.02.2015;
- Provision of services for the technical inspection of automatic gas filling compressor station AGFCS-1 in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, AGFCS-2 in the city of Nizhny Novgorod under the contract dated 2/2/2015 number GMT-1310.02.2015;
- Provision of services for the technical inspection of automatic gas filling compressor station AGFCS-1 in the city of Kazan, AGFCS-2 in the city of Kazan, AGFCS-3 in the city of Kazan, AGFCS-1 in the city of Almetyevsk, AGFCS-2 in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, AGFCS-1 in the city of Nizhnekamsk, AGFCS-1 in the city of Mamadysh under the contract dated 2/02/2015 number GMT-1311.02.2015.
All of the above works were carried out at high quality standards, on time, by qualified and skilled specialists, in compliance with all the requirements of the existing regulations and guidance documents, and in accordance with the industrial safety requirements of the Federal Environmental, Engineering & Nuclear Supervision Agency.
The contribution of Promproekt, LLC to the successful implementation of the project Nord Stream offshore gas pipeline.
From 2010 to 2011, Promproekt, LLC in the framework of the Nord Stream offshore gas pipeline project (Russian segment) successfully completed a wide range of works, including obtaining permits for the use of the following equipment and technical devices for Nord Stream AG and the company contractors:
• Modular-packaged unit, including welding equipment, the ultrasonic system of welded joints testing and the welded joints waterproofing system employed by the company Saipem S.p.A (Italy) for the construction of the Nord Stream offshore gas pipeline;
• Modular-packaged unit, including welding equipment, the ultrasonic system of welded joints testing and the welded joints waterproofing system employed by the company Allseas Deepwater Contractors S.A. (Switzerland) for the construction of the Nord Stream offshore gas pipeline;
• Complex of the temporary cathodic protection of pipelines from electrochemical corrosion manufactured by Metec S.r.l. (Italy);
• Complex of temporary equipment for the preparation of prime-up of the Nord Stream gas pipeline (Temporary Gas-in System), manufactured by Uhde GmbH, Tyssen Krupp Group (Germany);
• The technical device known as “Equipment for the control and communication system of the Nord Stream gas pipeline", production of Siemens AG, Germany;
• Complex of temporary equipment, including the equipment for the removal of the waterproofing of pipes and pipe cutting, welding equipment, the system of ultrasonic testing of welded joints, employed by Statoil ASA (Norway) for the construction and repair of the Nord Stream offshore gas pipeline;
• Complex of permanent cathodic protection for the non-destructive continuous monitoring for the presence of internal and/or surface defects in the pipeline, manufactured by Metec S.r.l. (Italy).

The composition and content of the reports on the results of the technical inspection of the reinforced concrete vessels No. 1 and No. 2 for the storage of fire-fighting water storage with the Volume = 1500m3, meet the specifications and comply with the applicable GOST, SNIP, and other applicable regulations of the Russian Federation with regard to the composition, content and design of this kind of documentation.

In 2012, Promproekt, LLC completed the industrial safety examination of the design documentation for the overhaul of the structures of the linear part of the main gas pipelines and gas distribution stations, as well as prepared and registered the conclusion of the industrial safety examination of the project documentation with the territorial body of Rostekhnadzor (34 objects).

From March to April 2013, the specialists of Promproekt, LLC carried out an engineering inspection of the construction of foundations under the main pumps at the Gryazovets and Nyuksenitsa pumping stations.
The composition and content of the reports on the engineering inspection of the foundations correspond to the specifications and requirements of the regulatory documents (RD-03.100.50-KTN-272-10, SP 13-102-2003).
